These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website portalcedarpoint.click and professional reporting services provided by Cedar Point Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Cedar Point," "we," "us"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Cedar Point Analytics prepares fleet utilization and maintenance reports, conducts on-site fleet data audits, designs custom KPI chart sets, and delivers workshops as described on our website and in written proposals. Services are professional and delivered remotely or on-site as agreed in each statement of work.

2. Acceptance and proposals

Website content is informational. A binding engagement begins when you accept a written proposal or invoice issued by Cedar Point. Proposals specify scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and data requirements. Conflicting terms in purchase orders not expressly accepted in writing do not apply.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate fleet data, timely exports, and authorized contacts for review cycles. Delays in data delivery may shift report dates without penalty to Cedar Point. You represent that you have rights to share data you submit and that it does not violate third-party agreements.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use deliverables (PDF reports, spreadsheets, chart templates) for internal business purposes. Cedar Point retains ownership of methodologies, template libraries, and pre-existing materials. You may not resell our report templates or present them as your own proprietary product without written consent.

Website text, design, logos, and sample chart layouts remain our intellectual property. You may not scrape, copy, or republish site content except brief quotations with attribution.

5. Confidentiality

We treat client fleet data as confidential and use it only to perform agreed services. We may reference anonymized aggregate patterns in internal training unless you object in writing.

6. Fees and payment

Fees follow published rates or custom quotes. Monthly engagements are billed as stated in your proposal. Late payments may pause deliverables after notice. Prices are in Korean won unless otherwise specified.

7. Revisions and acceptance

Monthly reports include one revision cycle per delivery period as described in your proposal. Additional revisions are billed separately. Deliverables are deemed accepted if no written revision request arrives within the review window stated in the proposal.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Services are provided with professional care appropriate to fleet reporting work. We do not guarantee specific operational outcomes, cost savings, or regulatory compliance. Reports reflect data you supply; we are not responsible for errors originating in source systems.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the Republic of Korea, Cedar Point's total liability for any claim arising from services or website use is limited to fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Cedar Point against claims arising from your misuse of deliverables, unlawful data submission, or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate monthly engagements with thirty days' written notice unless otherwise stated in the proposal. We may terminate immediately for non-payment or material breach. Fees for work performed through the termination date remain due.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gyeonggi-do, Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes to active engagements will be communicated directly when feasible.
