How we began

Founder Jin-ho Park spent eight years as a maintenance planner at a Gyeonggi construction firm before opening Cedar Point Analytics in 2016. His team kept rebuilding the same utilization spreadsheet every month because telematics charts did not match shop work-order categories. Clients asked whether someone could produce the report consistently—same layout, same definitions, every cycle.

We started with two logistics firms in Paju and Ilsan, delivering printed utilization binders before PDF became the norm. Today we serve municipal fleets, cold-chain operators, and earthworks contractors across northern Gyeonggi, still working from the same principle: the report must match how the yard names its vehicles.

What we do today

We are a reporting practice, not a software vendor. Analysts ingest your exports, reconcile unit IDs, chart utilization and maintenance spend, and write a short executive summary. When data quality is uncertain, we conduct on-site audits before monthly reporting begins.

• Yard vocabulary wins. If your dispatch sheet calls a unit "EX-14," that label appears on the report—not a telematics serial unless you prefer it.
• Two-page summaries. Executives receive a concise narrative; analysts receive appendices with full detail.
• No surprise scope. Revisions beyond the agreed cycle are quoted separately before work starts.
