Monthly Fleet Utilization & Maintenance Report
From ₩890,000 / month
Covers up to 40 vehicles with standard telematics and shop log exports. Includes PDF report, XLSX appendix, one revision cycle, and encrypted delivery.
- 41–80 vehicles: typically +₩320,000/month
- 81–150 vehicles: quoted individually
- Rush delivery (under 5 business days): +₩180,000 per cycle when capacity allows
On-Site Fleet Data Audit
From ₩1,450,000 / audit
Two days on site within Gyeonggi-do, written findings within ten business days. Travel beyond Gyeonggi-do billed at ₩95,000 per day plus lodging if required.
Custom KPI Chart Set
From ₩620,000 / project
Scope depends on number of chart templates, data fields mapped, and whether editable source files are requested. Brief review call included.
Fleet Manager Chart Reading Workshop
₩480,000 / session
Half-day, up to twelve attendees. On-site within Gyeonggi-do; video delivery available at the same rate for up to eight attendees.
Estimate factors we ask about
- Number of active vehicles and seasonal idle units
- Telematics vendor and export format (CSV, API dump, manual)
- Whether shop work orders share IDs with dispatch records
- Language requirements for executive summary (Korean, English, or both)
- Need for on-site presentation to leadership
Payment and billing
Monthly reports are invoiced on the first business day of each cycle, due within fourteen days. One-time projects require a 40% deposit before work begins; balance due on delivery. We accept bank transfer; card payment is not offered.
